Welcome to GeltUp ("GeltUp," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GeltUp website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

GeltUp is a crowdfunding platform that allows individuals and nonprofit organizations to raise funds for personal, community, or charitable causes. Donations made through GeltUp are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal.
GeltUp does not hold, store, or control funds at any time. All funds are processed and transferred directly through Stripe or PayPal to the campaign organizer.

To create a campaign, you must create an account on GeltUp and provide accurate and complete information.

Campaign creators ("Organizers") may create fundraising campaigns for lawful purposes only.
By creating a campaign, you agree that:
Nonprofit organizations may be required to provide additional information, such as a Tax ID number, to indicate tax-deductible eligibility.
Approved nonprofit organizations may also create ongoing or daily donation pages, subject to GeltUp review and approval.
GeltUp does not guarantee campaign success and does not verify the legitimacy of campaigns unless required by law or platform policy.
Donors may contribute to campaigns voluntarily. Donations are:
GeltUp is not responsible for how organizers use donated funds.
GeltUp charges:
Donors are not required to cover platform fees. Fees are automatically deducted before funds reach the organizer.
All payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal). By using GeltUp, you agree to their terms and policies.

GeltUp does not guarantee refunds and does not control refund decisions.
GeltUp is not a party to refund disputes and does not mediate disputes between donors and organizers.
Some campaigns may indicate that donations are tax-deductible.
GeltUp does not provide tax advice and does not verify tax deductibility beyond the information provided by organizers.
Donors are responsible for consulting a tax professional.
You may not use GeltUp to:
GeltUp reserves the right to remove campaigns or suspend accounts at its discretion.
All content on GeltUp, including logos, design, and software, is owned by GeltUp or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant GeltUp a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote campaigns.
GeltUp may offer features in beta or MVP (Minimum Viable Product) form. Some features may be incomplete or unavailable.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeltUp shall not be liable for:
